If you are a church leader at any level, please invest the time to read this article and comment on it here, down below.

Pay careful attention to #6, “Frustrations and Disappointments.” It’s the main reason why Church Leaders Campfire exists. Every pastor has a secret life. See these challenging statistics.

  • 7,000 churches each year close while 4,000 open in that same span of time.
  • 1,700 pastors left the ministry EVERY MONTH in 2011.
  • 50% of pastors feel so discouraged that they would leave the ministry if they could, but have no other way of making a living.

We want to change that trend. We see those three areas of need as an opportunity to encourage, coach and heal these precious church leaders and their spouses. As the Lord Jesus Christ said, it’s going to start small, but in the end will yield large results.

We need to change the seat we are sitting in. If you don’t like what’s happening in your life, your church, or who is speaking into your life then change it!!!. Only you have the ablity you change your surroundings. People say to often, ” It’s not my fight”.Guess what? If you call yourself a Christian… it’s your fight. it’s your fight to help change people’s mindset. Jesus told us to go and make disiples, so GO. If we as leaders can’t change then, we can’t help others to change. Change your seat.
